Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Launceston, Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.
Your salary will be £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 per hour from October 2024 (plus 12.07% holiday pay). You will also receive additional benefits, including overtime allowance, Bank Holiday pay, and Christmas bonuses.
As a Support Worker, your duties will include providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to engage in daily activities, build confidence, and pursue new interests. You will work varied shifts to ensure a balance between work and personal life.
To succeed in this role, you should have a driving license, access to a car, or alternative transport arrangements. Public transport options are limited, but we can discuss potential solutions.
