Office Support Professional

This exciting opportunity as an Office Support Professional at Lloyd Recruitment involves providing administrative support to Orders and Accounts teams in Crowborough. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £21,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience with Sage is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing stock records, communicating with suppliers and customers.
  • Monitor the delivery status of warehouse orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate account reconciliations.
  • Handle and reconcile petty cash and credit card payments in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage supplier invoices systematically.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by performing various tasks such as data entry, filing, and email management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Show evidence of exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highlight previous experience in customer service and a team-focused mindset.
  • Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or accounts-based role.
  • Show ability to work efficiently under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a positive, adaptable, and quick-to-learn attitude.
