Office Support Professional

We are seeking an organised and personable Office Administrator to join our London team at Natixis Investment Managers. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary duties will include managing front-of-house meeting rooms, preparing rooms for meetings, and coordinating catering services when required. You will also be responsible for distributing incoming post and coordinating outgoing post.
In addition, you will establish strong relationships throughout the organisation, manage vendor relationships, and assist with the BCP plan for the London office. Your skills in organisational planning, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to thrive in this role.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of Natixis Investment Managers by providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front-of-house meeting rooms and coordinate catering services
- Distribute and coordinate incoming and outgoing post
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Assist with the BCP plan for the London office
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Professional attitude with a high level of motivation
- Fire Warden and First Aid trained (training provided if needed)
