About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Kpler. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the maritime market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute business development activities to strategically grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business to closing sales.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively with our global Sales team, product and market analysts to build the best product in the market and close exciting global deals.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date forecasts for weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets and lead contract negotiations.
  • Help build and drive sales processes and strategy.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to represent Kpler.
Requirements
  • Significant experience (4 years+) selling data/tech/software to Maritime/Shipping/Supply Chain / Energy markets.
  • Successful track record of selling a complex product or proposition by taking a consultative approach.
  • Significant SAAS/DAAS and B2B sales experience.
  • Experience generating brand-new business sales opportunities.
  • Driven and self-disciplined, with the ability to work in autonomy.
  • Strong proven sales negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Excellent customer service, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex client requirements and needs.
  • Great attitude and motivation.
