As a key player in the global shipping industry, we offer a range of innovative products and services, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new maritime clients and expand our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales within cross-border financial services, selling to maritime clients in the global shipping market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new maritime clients and expand the existing client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with maritime clients and the shipping ecosystem to understand their challenges, objectives, risk appetite, and international payment requirements.
  • Research, identify, and prospect different maritime clients that have the need for international payments, FX, and trade finance.
  • Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client's entire international payment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales within cross-border financial services, selling to maritime clients in the global shipping market.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with maritime clients and a good understanding of the maritime industry.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • Full professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
