About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to support our young people across the residential accommodation on InFocus campus.

Our team provides exceptional care, health, and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required.

You will be supported every step of the way by an excellent induction programme and mandatory training to help you get off to the best possible start.

We offer many opportunities for personal development, including funding and support for a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

No Experience Needed

Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary. We will support you every step of the way to ensure you fully understand your role and the part you play in the wider organisation.

Working Pattern

The working pattern for this position will be 33.25 hours per week, working on a two-week rolling rota.
