Autism Specialist Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Community Support team as an Autism Specialist Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns.
In this role, you will be supporting individuals in their homes and communities, assisting them in achieving their goals and promoting independence. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to deliver a comprehensive and effective service.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a strong "can do" attitude, emotional resilience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If you are passionate about supporting people with autism and have a positive approach to challenging situations, we would love to hear from you.
What We OfferAs a Community Support Worker with Step One Charity, you will receive a competitive salary, travel costs, and 35 days annual leave (pro rata). You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Programme and opportunities for pay progression.
