About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Analytics Specialist to join our People Planning & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-led decisions and enhancing the effectiveness of our location strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in workplace capacity planning, combining headcount forecasts with space planning and occupancy planning to support our workplace strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor and track space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business organizational changes, and space requirements.
  • Business Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local and regional site business partners to ensure that business allocation, adjacency, and workplace plans align with our headcount forecasting and space utilization.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Workplace Creation & Operations and Finance teams to develop workplace strategy pilots, specific to region, to support our hybrid workplace.
  • Impact Assessment: Develop impact assessments of local workplace experience and its relationship to space utilization and local capacity.
  • Communication: Summarize data and create presentations for visible projects for a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and local teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from other departments to provide conceptual workplace strategy plans and recommendations to partners.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and insights related to workplace strategy, design, and standard processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant educational background in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
  • Experience: Solid work experience in a People Analytics function, partnering with business to deliver analytics projects, and/or expertise in space planning, user research, occupancy planning, and strategy.
  • Skills: Ability to build internal networks, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documents in PowerPoint.
