At LEK, our Data & Analytics team is dedicated to driving business results for our clients through the creation and deployment of best-in-class capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team and contribute to the full analytics life cycle on client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end data analytics modules from conceptualisation through to deployment.
  • Analytical needs can include: data aggregation, creation, cleaning, manipulation, geospatial analysis, scenario modelling, and visualisations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously innovate on IP and proprietary data assets.
  • Provide technical expertise on developing analytical tools and contribute to building these areas directly when applicable.
  • Uphold best-in-class standards in IP development and data integrity.
  • Provide input into training/upskilling the D&A team provides to Partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in applying data analytics to solve commercial problems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with tools including Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Technical understanding of other analytical tools or languages such as PowerBI, Qlik, SQL, Python is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial business analytics; li>
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve results through others in matrix, agile environments.
