Job Title: Workplace Analytics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Analytics Manager to join our People Planning & Analytics team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-led decisions and enhancing the effectiveness of our location strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our workplace capacity planning area, combining headcount forecasts with space planning and occupancy planning to support our workplace strategy.
  • Monitor and track space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes, and space requirements.
  • Liaise with local/regional site business partners to ensure that business' allocation, adjacency, and workplace plans meet our headcount forecasting, how our colleagues work, and space is used.
  • Closely partner with Workplace Creation & Operations and Finance team on developing workplace strategy pilots, specific to region, to support the hybrid workplace.
  • Develop impact assessments of the local workplace experience and how it is tied to space utilization and local capacity.
  • Summarize data and create presentations for visible projects for a wide range audience (senior leadership – local teams).
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide conceptual workplace strategy plans and recommendations to partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and insights with regards to workplace strategy, design, and standard processes.
