Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Apprentice to join our team. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues and develop your skills in ICT.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the IT team in maintaining the smooth operation of our systems and networks. You will work closely with the training provider and line manager to set objectives and goals that align with your apprenticeship studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge in ICT.

You will work towards the Information Communications Technician (Support Technician pathway) apprenticeship Level 3 standard over an 18-month period. This program includes virtual classroom/virtual based training, on-the-job training in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, online learning, and mentoring from IT team members.

  • Technical skills: Resolve hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.
  • Complementary skills: Organization, prioritization, data and problem-solving techniques, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £15,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on location and level of experience.
