Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Description:
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Early Years department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting small groups and individual students with additional needs in our EYFS setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with additional needs in the EYFS setting
* Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and implement learning activities
* Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
* Experience of working with children in an education setting, preferably in the EYFS or with young people
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Applicable references on request
* Enhanced DBS check
* Proactive and driven individual with a passion for teaching and learning
