Support Worker for Students with Complex Needs

We are seeking a talented and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at NextGen Teachers. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 11+ who have severe Autism and require 1:1 support and personal care. Your role will involve supporting students with changing and personal care, and working with people with Autism. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that allows students to thrive.
About the Role:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1 year of experience in a similar position, experience working with young people with complex needs, and a passion to support children with additional needs. A DBS on the update service or willingness to complete one is also required.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will have access to great transport links and opportunities for career progression. We provide a temporary to permanent contract, allowing you to settle into the role and make a lasting impact.
