The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office's purchasing activities, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with suppliers. In addition, they will handle all administrative matters, including office facility management, visitor reception, travel arrangements, and courier bookings.

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the business, such as sales, accounts, and production. A solid background in office management, preferably in a design studio, production house, or printing company, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized individual who can communicate effectively, negotiate efficiently, and adapt quickly to new situations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
