Senior Health and Safety Manager

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of health and safety professionals, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local health and safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure effective implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local health and safety legislation.
- Collaborate with other teams across the company to drive a culture of safety and inclusivity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Senior Workplace Health and Safety Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the safety and well-being of our employees. You'll work closely with our operations team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement strategies to improve our safety culture.
Requirements:- Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
- Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local health and safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
