About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of health and safety professionals to manage and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Analyse data reports to identify trends and root causes of safety incidents
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Workplace Health and Safety Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives that will help drive our safety culture forward. You'll work closely with our operations team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement strategies to improve our safety performance.

Requirements

  • Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level
  • Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local Health and Safety legislation
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
