Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of safety performance and monitoring, aligning with personnel, team, and functional goals and objectives.
- Support the implementation of WHS programs within Operations, delivering key risk assessment activities.
- Promote compliance with local and EU legislation.
- Contribute to requests for improvement of on-site safety and positively impact accident trends.
- Participate in the Safety Audit Programs.
- Assist with the coordination and training of new Health and Safety team members.
- Arrange and facilitate site Safety Steering Committee meetings.
- Conduct basic surveys and checks in the Delivery stations environment, focusing on facility processes, Health and Safety supplies, and employee behaviors.
- Support Delivery Stations with WHS training.
- Be flexible to travel to support at different locations in France.
This is a varied role based at one of our sites, allowing you to directly contribute to many aspects of our safety culture. You will manage health and safety standards while improving functionality and efficiency. You'll also manage your team and help them implement changes in response to employee feedback or seize opportunities to continuously make process improvements.

Requirements:- Accredited safety technician in occupational risks prevention.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in occupational safety.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Dutch, and French.
- Able to travel on French sites.
