Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives to improve workplace health and safety.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and EU legislation related to workplace health and safety.
- Drive Safety Improvements: Identify and drive improvements in safety practices and procedures to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train and develop new team members on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate Safety Audits: Coordinate and participate in safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate Safety Meetings: Facilitate safety meetings and ensure that all team members are aware of and understand health and safety procedures.
- Conduct Surveys and Checks: Conduct regular surveys and checks to ensure that all sites are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support WHS Training: Support the delivery of WHS training to team members.
Our team is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sites in Belgium. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- Accredited Safety Technician: Must be an accredited safety technician in occupational risks prevention.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Several years of experience in occupational safety.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, Dutch, and French.
- Travel: Ability to travel to different locations in France.
