Property Care Specialist

**About the Job:** As a Property Care Specialist at Crooton Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care home facilities. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will work closely with the General Manager to plan and budget for maintenance projects, as well as liaise with contractors for external works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance, with a strong trade skillset and the ability to manage a team.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility and reliability. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have good IT literacy. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our high-quality care service.
