Maintenance and Repair Job Description
">We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Barchester care homes. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our buildings and grounds are well-maintained and safe for our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative measures to maintain our high standards.
You will need to have some experience of property maintenance, as well as a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in our residents. We also require a reliable and flexible individual who can adapt to a variety of tasks and priorities.
The salary for this position is estimated at £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
