About the Position
Barchester Healthcare is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our care homes. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to repairs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Job Summary:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to repair requests, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the home.

About You
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience in property maintenance. You should have a patient and caring nature, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
