About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem, understanding their investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
  • Research and identify potential institutional clients with cross-border payment, FX, and FX hedging needs.
  • Build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and presenting tailored solutions that meet their international payment and Forex needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
  • Leverage Ebury's global footprint to provide global services to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services selling to institutional clients in the UK.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and a good understanding of the fund space.
  • Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
