About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to meet their needs.
  • Quotation and Order Processing: Collaborate in the preparation of quotations and efficiently process sales orders, utilizing our SAP-based order entry system.
  • Technical Support: Address technical inquiries from customers and colleagues, providing expert assistance and guidance.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, with fluency in English being essential.
  • Order Tracking and Record Keeping: Undertake duties such as proactive customer follow-ups, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a timely manner.

  • Technical Background: Possess a solid mechanical engineering background and familiarity with a technical sales office environment.
