Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Representative/OEM Account Manager/Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales development for our compressed air solutions to automotive truck and bus manufacturers in our Mobility division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, supporting the sales team in ensuring seamless issue resolution and sales development.
  • Provide technical support, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer queries and issues related to our compressed air solutions.
  • Manage customer orders, forecasting, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Handle logistics and shipping for our compressed air eMobility products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Support pricing, quotations, and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures.
  • Assist with marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or commercial roles, ideally in the engineering, manufacturing, or automotive sector.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a process-driven approach.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn our eMobility product range, predominantly compressed air solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
