Internal Sales Engineer

At Recra Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our busy Sales office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses over the phone, through email, and via internet channels.
- Quotation and Order Processing: Collaborate in the preparation of quotations and efficiently process sales orders, utilizing our SAP based order entry system.
- Technical Assistance: Address technical inquiries from customers and colleagues, providing expert assistance and guidance.
- Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, with fluency in English being essential. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Order Tracking and Record Keeping: Undertake duties such as proactive customer follow-ups, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a timely manner.
- Mechanical Engineering Background: Possess a solid mechanical engineering background and familiarity with a technical sales office environment.
- Continuous Learning: Display an inclination for continuous learning and professional development.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrate proficient computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new software systems.
- Telephone Etiquette: Exhibit exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to undergo training as required and perform in a deadline-driven and fast-paced office environment. Ability to integrate well with both a small local team and a geographically dispersed national team.
