Job Title: Internal Sales Engineer

At Recra Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, both over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses over the phone, through email, and via internet channels.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of quotations and efficiently process sales orders, utilizing our SAP based order entry system.
  • Address technical inquiries from customers and colleagues, providing expert assistance and guidance.
  • Utilize computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly WORD and EXCEL.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, with fluency in English being essential.
  • Undertake duties such as proactive customer follow-ups, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Possess a solid mechanical engineering background and familiarity with a technical sales office environment.
  • Display an inclination for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new software systems.
  • Exhibit exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Willingness to undergo training as required and perform in a deadline-driven and fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to integrate well with both a small local team and a geographically dispersed national team.
