Job Description

Corporate Risk Associates, an Assystem owned business, is seeking a Senior Safety Case Engineer to join our team. As a leading integrated Risk, Safety and Human Factors consultancy, we deliver high-quality services to the Critical National Infrastructure in the UK and overseas.

We have a long history of supporting nuclear operations and new build projects in managing their safety and risk. This provides opportunities for varied project work for our staff.

We are looking for experienced safety professionals to grow our existing safety case capability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear safety, with experience in producing safety assessments for nuclear facilities.

The successful candidate will lead projects for a range of clients across the UK nuclear industry, including new build projects, supporting operating facilities, as well as decommissioning and waste management. They will also have the opportunity to take an active role in business development, building and maintaining relationships with clients and supporting bids for large and small projects and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safety case projects for clients across the UK nuclear industry

Requirements

  • Significant experience in nuclear safety
  • Strong background in producing safety assessments
  • Ability to lead projects and develop relationships with clients
