Job Title: Programme Manager

Job Summary: Connected Search Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage complex projects within a specialist engineering services company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget optimization.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure project success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
* Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met, maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.
* Present regular project updates and reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Guide junior project managers and team members, providing mentorship and support to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

* Experience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project success.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
* A degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
