Business Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored service delivery.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, utilizing industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful product and service initiatives.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, informing strategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, leveraging CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the UK market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, while maintaining a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
