About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored service delivery.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, utilizing industry trends and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful product and service initiatives.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, informing strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, leveraging CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the UK market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, while maintaining a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
