The Camberwell Arms is a well-established neighbourhood restaurant in South London, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for our customers. We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing business plans to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency;
  • Collaborating with the head chef to design innovative menus that cater to changing customer preferences and dietary needs;
  • Building strong relationships with local suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and materials at competitive prices;
Our Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management position, preferably within a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving operational efficiency;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team;
