Your Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing business plans to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency;
- Collaborating with the head chef to design innovative menus that cater to changing customer preferences and dietary needs;
- Building strong relationships with local suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and materials at competitive prices;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management position, preferably within a fast-paced environment;
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving operational efficiency;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team;
- A salary of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience;
