About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Together Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Service, you will work systemically in multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to trust-wide and externally commissioned initiatives, supporting the needs of individual pupils.

You will work in Specialist Together Trust settings, drawing on your knowledge and expertise in neurodiversity, supporting learners with autism, social communication differences, and significant social and emotional needs. Your role will involve working with pupils with complex learning and developmental needs, as well as collaborating with teachers, parents/carers, SENCOs, and other stakeholders to develop shared and person-centred plans of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and produce reports to contribute to an understanding of a child's needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, and other stakeholders to develop shared and person-centred plans of support
  • Provide training, problem-solving, and collaborative consultation and advice to teachers, parents/carers, and other stakeholders
  • Build relationships with those you support, taking a reflective approach and working in cycles of assess, plan, do, review to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people
Person Specification
  • Qualified Educational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
