About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our Clinical Services team at Together Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly established Psychology Service, contributing to trust-wide and externally commissioned initiatives.

As an Educational Psychologist, you will work systemically in multi-disciplinary teams to support the needs of individual pupils, drawing on your knowledge and expertise in neurodiversity. You will work closely with settings that support learners with autism and social communication differences, using trauma-informed practice to support pupils with significant social and emotional needs.

You will have opportunities to work in a variety of settings, including specialist Together Trust settings, mainstream schools, and community settings, on externally commissioned projects across the region. You will work in cycles of 'assess, plan, do review' to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.

You will use psychological assessment and produce reports to contribute to an understanding of a child's needs, working in collaboration with others to develop shared and person-centered plans of support.

About the Team

You will be part of a small team of Educational Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists, supported by formal and informal supervision. You will have opportunities to shape and contribute to the development of a service that is inclusive and celebratory of the experiences of the thoughts and ideas people bring.
