Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team at Dedicate Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and budget holder reports.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a CIMA/ACCA studier or newly qualified, with a minimum of three years' experience in a finance role. Your key responsibilities will include producing the monthly management accounts, supporting budget holders on spend and completion of balance sheet reconciliations within strict deadlines.

You will also oversee the administration for accounts receivable and VAT, ensuring the quarterly return deadlines are met. A good working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with accounting systems are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level and currently studying towards a finance qualification with a good understanding of management accounting. Strong written and verbal skills are also required, as well as experience within education, preferably with a good understanding of guidelines relating to the Education Funding Agency.
