Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Client Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: You will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and work closely with our broking and claims teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Networking and Prospecting: You will engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our dedicated account handling, broking, and claims teams to deliver strong service and solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Industry Experience: You will have a proven track record in insurance broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Business Development Skills: You will be adept at managing and growing a client book, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing business development chances.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-Motivation: You will be self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the firm's success.
