Job Opportunity: Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within our existing client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into loyal customers and expanding our client portfolio.
  • Networking and Prospecting: Engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our dedicated account handling, broking, and claims colleagues to provide strong service and solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Broking Experience: Proven track record in insurance broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Client Management: Adept at managing and growing a client book, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing business development chances.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-Motivation and Ambition: Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the firm's success.
