  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Oversee hotel operations, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working at a hotel reception, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and managing front desk operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) and online travel agents (OTAs).
