**About Us**:
St. Paul's Hotel is a stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Hammersmith. Our commitment to providing exceptional service and an unforgettable experience for our guests is at the core of everything we do.

**The night shift is from 11pm to 7am.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the building, monitoring who comes in and out.
- Staying alert for the security of the building and ensuring there are no suspicious activities.
- Managing emergencies sensibly and responsibly.
- Perform essential night audit tasks ready to handover to the morning shift.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures if necessary.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other team members.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry is required; previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist is preferred.
- Experience as a Night Receptionist is a big advantage.
- Can easily pick up hotel management software such as Opera PMS or Cloudbeds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and professional attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
