Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at Juice. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing client CMS to ensure content is up to date across digital platforms, sourcing and publishing suitable news content, tracking and reporting on content engagement, and suggesting improvements to strategy or approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Content:

  • Content Deployment: Manage the overall content deployment schedule for our clients, ensuring all content is delivered and distributed accurately, to highest quality, and on time (referring to Service Level Agreements) and budget.
  • Online Forums: Manage online forums to flag any posts of interest and respond where appropriate.
  • Content Strategy: Manage content strategy and roadmap for clients, collaborating across departments as required.
  • Content Ownership: Act as the gatekeeper and content owner for our clients, ensuring model range is represented accurately across all platforms.
  • Content Localisation: Manage content localisation where required.
  • Quality Assurance: QA/proofread all material prior to launch and work with the wider Juice and/or client team to correct any errors or omissions.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of content and digital marketing activities.
  • Optimisation: Provide ongoing optimisations to improve content performance.
  • Content Upload: Support Accounts team with uploading content for digital publications.

Juice Content:

  • Company Profile: Act as the guardian of the company's online profile, updating and deploying content on our website and other online/social profiles.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Qualifications: Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Client Service: Outstanding client service mentality.
  • Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Accuracy: Excellent accuracy.
  • Proofreading: Excellent spelling and grammar with strong proofreading skills.
  • Analytics: Understanding of analytics and data interpretation.
  • CMS Experience: Confidence working with CMSs or digital platforms.
  • Organisation: Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Pressure Management: Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Initiative: Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution.

  • Copywriting: Impeccable copywriting skills.
  • Digital Native: Digital native.
  • Agency Experience: Experience of working within an agency.
  • Team Coordination: Experience of coordinating work across teams.
