About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other types of content that drive engagement and conversions
  • Develop effective content briefs for agencies and project manage deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage and optimize content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy and make data-driven improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to generate new ideas and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience with marketing management tools, such as HubSpot
  • Basic technical knowledge of web publishing and SEO principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing channels
  • BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
