Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Manager to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a Learning Content Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing learning content for a professional body that educates, develops, and regulates professionals in the UK and internationally.
About the Role: As a Learning Content Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Learning Content and Partnerships to review tuition provision and recommend new approaches. You will also identify and recommend changes to existing contractual arrangements with tuition providers, ensuring that any agreements meet the future needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Develop Learning Content: You will review and develop learning content for the organisation, ensuring that it meets the needs of the profession and is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to ensure that learning content is accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Project Management: You will manage complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Knowledge and Experience: You will have experience working in a professional body or educational publisher, with a strong understanding of learning content development and publishing.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have experience in designing learning materials for paper and online delivery, as well as experience working with a range of subject matter experts.
- Knowledge and Skills: You will have a strong understanding of learning content development and publishing, as well as experience of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Education: You will have a relevant degree in a field such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
