We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the preparation, conversion, and publication of digital content for our business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation, conversion, and publication of digital content for business users, ensuring high-quality standards and schedules are met.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets business requirements.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of new digital content production methods, including the provision of support materials and training to business users.
  • Develop and maintain content management systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of multitasking and managing time effectively to deliver multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with content management systems and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and business users.
  • Experience with functional testing on software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or understanding of HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and web diagnostics.

About the Role
