Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
The role involves developing customer account plans, identifying customer needs, prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, resolving problems, and ensuring project completion on time.
A key aspect of this role is promoting products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups. You will also respond to inquiries, recommend products, and create sales opportunities for the company.
With a focus on stable small to moderate accounts, you will meet personal sales and contribution targets by applying clients' sales tools and techniques. You will also prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to win new business and increase sales turnover and profitability.
