Your Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Classroom Teacher to develop and implement personalized plans for each pupil
- Support pupils with SEMH needs, promoting emotional regulation and resilience
- Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging social interaction and learning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
