The role involves leading, training, and motivating the front of house team, performing duty manager duties, conducting regular performance reviews, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems.
