Aerospace Quality Engineer Role

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer to join their team. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management system, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100, EASA Part 21, and Part 145. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure products and processes meet customer requirements.

  • Plan and carry out audits and assessments in accordance with the QMS.
  • Support investigations into quality issues through to documented conclusion.
  • Manage completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven range of Quality/Business Improvement experience, knowledge of manufacturing environments, and experience working with supply chains.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in quality assurance and business improvement.
  • Experience working within a quality management system.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and supply chain management.
