As a Quality Assurance Specialist at BT Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services and products. This includes managing the Programme of QA/QC and Audit Activities within your sphere of responsibility.

You will undertake ISO 9001 Audits on behalf of the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Team, co-ordinating QA/QC Remediation Activities within various areas of responsibility. You will champion QA/QC and Quality across the business, working with Engineering and Business Operations teams on the implementation of and compliance with ISO 9001.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Cheltenham, United Kingdom.

About the Role:

  • Manage the Programme of QA/QC and Audit Activities within their sphere of responsibility.
  • Undertake ISO 9001 Audits on behalf of the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Team.
  • Co-ordinate QA/QC Remediation Activities within various areas of responsibility.
  • Champion QA/QC and Quality across the business.
  • Work with Engineering and Business Operations teams on the implementation of and compliance with ISO 9001.
  • Ensure all non-compliance issues are qualified, quantified, and accurately reported.
  • Ensure that products are produced safely to meet customer quality standards and legislative requirements consistently.
