Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Ultra Electronics Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our quality management system and fostering a culture of compliance and improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Support investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence
  • Manage the implementation of Corrective and Preventative measures to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support quality processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field (min. 5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
