Job Title: Senior Quality and Regulatory Engineer

Overview: Lord Accounting & Finance is a leading defence and aerospace manufacturer in Gloucestershire. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Quality and Regulatory Engineer to join our team.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Job Description
  1. Lead quality assurance activities across the production lifecycle, ensuring quality excellence across the business.
  2. Manage internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance with AS9100 & ISO9001 standards.
  3. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality standards.
  5. Support the Quality Engineers to deliver against internal and customer standards.
The Person We Are Looking For
  1. Proven experience in quality engineering within the aerospace or defence sector.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
