We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that all defects reported by purchasers are resolved promptly and professionally, maintaining our company's reputation for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing defect reports and coordinating repairs
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with site teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard
Requirements
  • Qualification in building construction or a related field
  • Experience in quality assurance or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid CSCS card and driving license
Compensation

We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus annual bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes a company van, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and share incentive schemes.
