Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced team in Manchester. As an Account Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

You'll work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and deal-closing
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales growth planning
